Dear CTII Friends,
I extend to all in the Christian and Jewish Communities warm greetings at the commencement of this sacred season. The commemoration by Christians of Holy Week leading up to Easter Sunday and the Jewish Community’s celebration of the ancient festival of Passover have particular significance in our troubled times of prejudice, intolerance and religious violence. May these holy days strengthen and inspire us as we strive to hold onto the values of justice, compassion and truth in these dark times.
We give thanks for these ancient religions, indeed all religions, that continue to inspire the world today. May this be a time of great blessing and inspiration for us all.
